Take a free guided one-hour tour of Woodland Cemetery and the African American Burial Ground at Clemson. Come learn about this important campus history.

Registration is required at least one week in advance. Friday tours are offered hourly between 8am and 12pm and will be offered when there is a home football game that week. Tuesday tours are offered hourly between 9am and 12pm and will be on the away football game weeks.

The tours meet at the entrance to Woodland Cemetery on Woodland Drive at the intersection of Williamson Road and S. Palmetto Boulevard (at the top of the hill adjacent to Memorial Stadium). Visitors can park on site at the cemetery. This tour is outside and requires walking on paved and unpaved pathways. Comfortable tennis shoes, sun protection, bug spray, and bottled water are encouraged.
