The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen! Join us for a virtual, high-intensity workout on the Clemson University PRTM Facebook and Instagram Live Stream! Certified instructors and guest athletes will be performing high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. These workouts combine intense anaerobic exercise (such as plyometrics, burpees and squats) with less intensive exercises.
We are offering three different activity sessions - November 4, 10, and 17. Workouts begin at 8 p.m.
Please note: although modifications will be available, HIIT workouts are best for individuals who are currently active. As with other exercise programs, when joining the virtual program, you should check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop immediately and consult your doctor.
