For convenience, efficiency, and space savings are you digitizing your office records?  If so, this timely topic is for you!  When you digitize your documents and want to throw out the original paper copy, an ARM-13 Form (Authorization for the Disposal of Original Paper Records Stored as Digital Images) needs to be completed.  Come to this session to learn about the importance and procedures about the ARM-13 so we are in compliance with the state’s Public Records Act.
