Please join us for a lecture by Adam White, senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and Executive Director of the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. Mr. White will speak about recent Supreme Court decisions touching on the administrative state, federalism, and the separation of powers and how he expects the Roberts court to handle future cases, as well as his own approach to analyzing questions of administrative law.
Mr. White publishes regularly on questions of constitutional and administrative law and has often testified before Congress. In 2021, he served on the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States. You can find out more about his publications and public appearances at the AEI website.
