Interested in selling your baked goods? Or maybe you’re ready to go further with your favorite hobby. The Food Systems & Safety Team with Clemson Extension is proud to present the Honey, Eggs, and Baked Goods Workshop. This workshop discusses the regulations and requirements regarding the sale of shelled eggs, honey, and baked goods in South Carolina. Participants will receive knowledge on the Home-Based Food Production Law, SC Egg Law, and the SC Honey Exemption, printed handouts discussed in class, and a review of one product label.
Clemson Extension reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum enrollment of five is not met. If enrollment goals are not met, a workshop will be canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled class. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund is granted.
