Sunset Yoga Sundays will help you relax and set the tone for the coming week. This all levels series focuses on restorative breathing and mindful movement that will help you sleep better, let go, and be ready for Monday mornings. All experiences and all bodies are welcome. Bring a mat, bolster, and block if you have them. Equipment is available to borrow.
$10 per session.

Renee Gahan is a Leisure Skills instructor and has been teaching yoga and meditation to college students, adults, and children for 15 years. Her sessions focus on mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation to help people find their ease.
