Add to calendarJoin CORE and Group Fitness for this collaboration event. Find your balance and have some fun practicing yoga on the water as you are guided by a CORE trip leader and a Group Fitness instructor! This Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga series is perfect for any yogi - beginner or advanced. $5 per session this semester only!!! Wear clothes that are able to get wet. All necessary gear and transportation will be provided by CORE and all skills levels and backgrounds are welcome.
PLEASE NOTE: We will be practicing social distancing during this trip as much as possible. This means that in indoor or confined spaces, such as our vans, where a 6ft distance is not feasible, trip leaders and participants will be strongly encouraged to wear masks.
There is a possibility that this trip may need to be cancelled last minute if our trip leaders have unexpected health emergencies. In the event that this trip is cancelled, that information will be communicated to you as early as possible and you will be given a full refund for the trip. We appreciate your patience with this policy throughout this semester!
