This project is designed for 4-H members who want to expand their baking skills and learn why grains are important for a healthy lifestyle!

Participants will make waffles, pancakes, quick breads, muffins, and corn bread. They will learn how to bake gluten-free breads and how to adjust a quick bread recipe for a healthier result.

Project members will receive:

  • "Let's Bake Quick Breads" Activity and Record Book
  • Baking tools
  • Access to baking demonstrations
  • Awards for completion of project

Project participants must be current SC 4-H members.
