Small Scale, Sustainable Livestock & Produce Production Workshop

On farm workshop for those interested in starting a sustainable farm. James and Sharon will explain raising and marketing poultry and pork on pasture on a small sustainable scale with info on how to market the product on a local level including an emphasis of health and cleanliness of products leaving the farm/profit and debt ratio. There will be a short classroom discussion in the warehouse followed by an intensive walk and talk in animal facilities and organic vegetables facilities. The emphasis of this program will be to show what can be produced on a small amount of land through planning and use of available resources.
