Seafood HACCP, Segment 2 Workshop - Lexington

Registration includes: HACCP Certificate of Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), Hazard Guide, course handouts and lunch.

IMPORTANT: This is a Segment 2 workshop and requires the completion of Segment 1 online training. Segment 1 must be completed no later than January 24, 2020 in order for documentation to be processed.

Proof of Segment One completion is required for attendance.

To register for Segment 1, online training:
Cost is $75 and not included in the Segment 2 fee.
