Registration includes: HACCP Certificate of Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), Electronic Hazard Guide, and electronic course handouts.
IMPORTANT: This is a Segment 2 workshop and requires the completion of Segment 1 online training. Segment 1 must be completed no later than Febuary 10, 2021 in order for documentation to be processed.
Proof of Segment One completion is required for attendance.
