The South Carolina 4-H Horse Project is asking members and clubs to plan and/or participate in community service projects throughout the month of October. Individual members can complete an application their work to win free registration to the Horse Project Kick Off. Clubs or groups can also complete an application on their work to win a free copy of Horse Smart: An Equine Reference & Youth Activity Guide. Application deadline is Nov. 4, 2019.
