Add to calendarR.A.D. is a national program that teaches women realistic self-defense tactics and techniques, covering awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance. This course enables participants through hands-on training and teaches them how to take an active role in their own self-defense and psychological well-being. Nationally certified instructors provide students with information on physical and non-physical defense options as well as insight into the mindset of an attacker.
CUPD is hosting this 3-day class on 4/3, 4/4, and 4/5 starting at 5pm.
You must be able to attend all 3 dates in order to receive credit from R.A.D. Headquarters. You will receive a signed booklet of the information you learn at the end of the last day. It is open to all female and female identifying students, faculty, and staff.
