The PMP® credential is ISO 9001: 2008 compliant and an ANSI standard. In addition, this program satisfies the requirements for the CAPM® exam.
Your training modules reference the PMI A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (the PMBOK Guide). The material follows the natural progression of the PMBOK and includes the 42 processes mapped to the nine project management knowledge areas. Are You Eligible For The PMP-Test?
Any PMP® candidate must verify a high school diploma or an Associate’s degree with 60 months (7,500 hours) of PM experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 36 months (4,500 hours) of PM experience over the last eight years. In both cases candidates must also have 35 contact hours of project management education, which is offered though this course. The application for the exam and verification of education and experience are done online at the Project Management Institute website.
