Practical Strength

Practical Strength is a weekly, online strength training class designed to help you build muscle and give you the stability to live life your way. All levels are welcome and beginners are strongly encouraged to join! Modifications are offered to suite all ages and mobility levels, with the option to participate from a comfortable seat or standing. 


Through participation in this program, you will develop muscle strength, improve your balance and stability, learn how to incorporate healthy movement into everyday life, and improve your confidence. 


Practical Strength meets virtually every Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:00 AM.
