The Zeitgeist Poetry Series & the Department of English present poet Meg Day on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 5 pm in the Academic Success Center (Room 118). We welcome D/deaf students, staff & faculty. We will have an interpreter for this event.
Meg Day is the 2015-2016 recipient of the Amy Lowell Poetry Traveling Scholarship, the recipient of an NEA Fellowship in Poetry, and the author of Last Psalm at Sea Level (Barrow Street 2014), winner of the Barrow Street Poetry Prize; the Publishing Triangle’s Audre Lorde Award; and a finalist for the 2016 Kate Tufts Discovery Award. Day is Assistant Professor of English & Creative Writing at Franklin & Marshall College and lives in Lancaster, PA. Her website is www.megday.com
