Plant and Preserve: Hands on classes for growing, harvesting and preserving for self sufficiency
Particpants can register for Classes individually for $40 per class or register for the series for $140. Master Gardeners can receive a $5 discount. Email Carmen for more details cketron@clemson.edu
In Person Class, Participants will receive detailed manuals, hands on experience of preserving product, and a light supper
Session 1: July 5th 2022 Growing, harvesting, and preserving Herbs/ Herb Butters
Session 2: July 12th 2022 Fruit and Fruit Trees / Water Bath Canning : Fruit/Jam
Session 3: July 19th 2022 Perennial Foodscaping / Whole Plant Preservation, Storage, and Food Waste Reduction
Session 4: July 26th 2022 Fall Vegetables / Pressure Canning
