Results by IceCube and the birth of high-energy neutrino astronomy

Abstract: I will report on IceCube’s most recent results related to >TeV neutrino astronomy, including the observation of NGC 1068.
Bio: Ignacio Taboada obtained a BSc in Physics at Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas, Venezuela in 1994. He obtained a PhD in Physics and Astronomy graduate of University of Pennsylvania in 2002.
