Whole day program on pesticide use in turf and ornamental landscaping.
Tenative Agenda:
8:30 am- registration and welcome
8:45 am- sprayer and spreader calibration
10:30 am- field diagnosis of ornamental plants
11:30 am- weed ID and management
12 pm- lunch (provided with registration)
1:00 pm- PPE safety
2:00 pm- spray drift demonstration
3:00 pm- IPM for ornamental plants
4:00 pm- Wrap-Up, evaluations, and pesticide credits
Recertification credits available: 6 credit (2.5 Cat 3 & 3.5 core)
Gates/Doors will be open at 8:00 AM for arrival.
