About this Event
321 Calhoun Dr., Clemson, SC 29634, USA
https://clemson.campuslabs.com/engage/event/8349769Background:
Through a generous gift from the Tucker Hipps Memorial Foundation, CUPD and campus partners have been able to continue the work with campus-wide engagement for all students, faculty, and staff. This year we will host a Summit filled with listening and educational sessions. The biggest question we hear is: How do I report? These, and many other questions will be shared at the Summit.
Vision:
Create an environment where every member of the Clemson community has a safe and enjoyable experience as a Clemson Tiger.
Purpose:
Currently, one of the prominent national and state-wide concern for safety involves hazing. Hazing prevention requires a team approach and we are involving students, faculty, staff and all of Public Safety in our engagement.
Day 1 Listening Session Schedule (everyone will check in at the main entrance of Brackett Hall on the 2nd floor):
Purpose: External consultant will be asking participants a variety of questions around their perception of hazing on Clemson's campus. ALL individuals will remain anonymous. Your RSVP will not be connected to your name when you check-in and the consultant will not know the names of any participants in the room unless they choose to share.
*You do not need to arrive and check in until 10 minutes before your group's session*
