This training will focus on seven difficult situations that are commonly found in the workplace, from disagreeing with a colleague about something important to giving negative feedback, and will provide strategies and tools to handle these situations in a respectful, productive, and empowered way. This training is for faculty, staff, and students who want to strengthen their conflict resolution and communication competencies so that difficult interactions do not escalate into intractable conflicts. This training includes exercises and roleplays to give you the opportunity to practice the skills you are learning.

 

This is open to faculty, staff, graduate students and undergraduate students.
