Overcoming Obstacles and Facing Adversity: NDEAM 2019

To Celebrate NDEAM (National Disability Employment Awareness Month)

CU welcomes Richie Parker to talk about his life and "Overcoming Obstacles and Facing Adversity".

Born with bilateral amelia, a non-genetic birth defect in which limbs are not formed, Richie has pursued his dreams at one of NASCAR’s most successful organizations. He has been profiled by ESPN and often speaks to organizations about overcoming obstacles and facing adversity. A Clemson University graduate, Richie joined Hendrick Motorsports in 2005 and has contributed to seven Cup championships during his tenure.

Please join us for this inspiring presentation.

Free NDEAM t-shirts will be given to the first 100 attendees.
