Clemson’s Center for Corporate Learning will conduct the 4^th annual Master Class in Mergers and Acquisitions October 9-11.  Created for C-Suite corporate team members or single participants interested in learning more about the M&A process, we teach best practices utilized by companies that have been successful in mergers or acquisitions.    Attendees will learn to identify and understand the unique rules, strategies, processes, language, and pitfalls associated with M&A.  Our faculty is comprised of experienced practitioners from around the country.
