Goals, Strategic Planning, and Operationalizing Faculty Plans

Do you need help planning for a strong start to the next academic year, but are strapped for time? Join us for one, some, or all the following 30-minute micro-mentoring sessions scheduled for Fall 2024.  To attend, you will just need to plug into Zoom and be ready to engage.  During each session, you will meet with members of Office of Faculty Advancement and complete activities to gain new perspectives and skills to accelerate your impact as a faculty member.

Managing your calendar: Subtracting Activities to Increase Impact

Seminar Description:  Your time and energy are limited.  To help you reach your goals, we will help you to review your commitments and activities and identify how each one ties to your primary faculty responsibilities or your professional goals? You may find some activities can be removed from your to-do list, allowing you addition time for things that matter. This session will also guide you through the process of saying ‘no’ to requests for your time that do not align with your primarily faculty responsibilities.
