Are you a farm or small food business that chops, cans, preserves, aggregates, or dehydrates packaged food products?
This course will provide an overview of the basic food safety practices for food processors. We will simplify the main components of Good Manufacturing Practices and let you practice the principles with hands-on activities to drive it home.
