Photographs from the Do Good Fund, a collection of contemporary photography based in the South, will be exhibited in Lee Gallery February 14-March 13. Looking at the South was curated in an effort to give a rounded view of life in the South. Photographs range from the 1940’s to present day, from landscapes to portraits and documentation of everyday life. The exhibition explores what it means to document people and place.

Looking at the South will be supplemented with a panel discussion. Panel members include Professor of Art History at Clemson University, Andrea Feeser, Do Good Fund founder, Alan Rothschild, and photographer and Professor Emeritus at East Tennessee State University,
Mike Smith.
