The right hand side and loop of Kappa Street will be closed for milling, repaving and changing parallel parking spaces to new angled parking.  Lighting, security cameras and a sidewalk will also be installed.

The left side of the loop will be kept open until it is time to pave.  Leaving the left side open will provide fire department access as well as access to parking and the service road that leads up to Lee Hall.
