In this new program, participants learn how to grow and then prepare food to eat in the Food For Thought Garden. In the fall session, kids enjoy the summer bounty of the garden by harvesting and preparing summer vegetables in simple, delicious recipes. They also learn how to plant a garden and learn about the nutritional power of fall greens. In the spring session, we’ll plant a summer garden and harvest and eat from our fall vegetables. Please register by Friday, September 1.
