State and Federal laws require anyone who purchases or uses restricted use pesticides to have at least a current Private Applicators license, or to be working under the supervision of someone who has such a license.

The fee for Extension Private Applicator Initial Certification Training is $90. Certification fees are non-refundable. This fee must be paid by check or cash. The cost of a private applicator license from the Department of Pesticide Regulation is a separate fee. Up to 3 CCH credits will also be available for Private Applicators to get credits towards their current license.
