The 2016-2017 Greenville County Master Gardener Training Class will begin on Thursday, October 6, 2016.  Classes meet each Thursday afternoon from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm at the Greenville County Cooperative Extension office for 17 weeks.  The final exam will be given February 16, 2017.  Classes will not meet on November 24, 2016, or December 29, 2016.

Due to the popularity of the Master Gardener program and limited seating (up to 30 participants), registration for the Master Gardener Training Class is a two-step process.  First, applicants must complete the application below by June 30, 2016, to be considered.  Master gardener representatives will then contact applicants via telephone to explain the program, answer any questions or concerns of the applicant, and verify applicant's desire to proceed with registering for the program.

The training course fee is $300.  Fees will be collected after applicants have been contacted by master gardener representatives and registered for the class online.  No refunds will be given once the class begins.
