September 19 (Thursday) 10:00am - 11:30am, Seminar – Genealogy with Sylvia Thomas: For some this program will serve as a starting point for exploring family history, for others it will be an opportunity to explore additional research techniques available. Sylvia M. Thomas will discuss her experience in researching her family history, common mistakes that can divert a person from the “right” track; to a fascinating look at a family whose history goes back to the founding of this country.  Sylvia has worked with numerous individuals in helping them search for family.
