This workshop is for serious foodies. Participants will learn what it takes to produce and sell safe food while having a unique opportunity to meet and network with food safety professionals, regulators, and fellow food entrepreneurs.

This workshop consists of an online class from February 5 - April 7, 2025, in addition to an in-person meeting on April 8. This registration is for both the online class and the in-person workshop. Registrants do not complete the class until all coursework is finished AND the registrant attends the in-person meeting.
The in-person workshop includes lecture summaries, a Q&A session with food safety experts, and a networking session where you are encouraged to showcase your product while networking with fellow entrepreneurs.
