Session 1: Encouraging Self-Empathy

This session is centered on personal skill development to encourage mindfulness, self-reflection, and self-care.  Participants will learn a self-compassion exercise to navigate stress and pressure, practice mindfulness technique to navigate negative emotions and self talk, and understand how self-compassion can enhance self-esteem and day to day interactions. 

Bring your lunch and stop in for our luch session.
