Emeritus College Seminar with Professor Mitch Shue and Dr. Feng Luo

October 28 (Wednesday) 10:00am – 11:30am, Online Seminar: Clemson’s New AI Research Institute for Science and Engineering (AIRISE) with Professor Mitch Shue, School of Computing and Dr. Feng Luo, School of Computing: Eighty Clemson faculty are working together to launch the new Clemson Artificial Intelligence Research Institute for Science and Engineering (AIRISE). The institute will strengthen Clemson’s ability to conduct research and offer courses in artificial intelligence. Professor Shue will provide an overview of AIRISE as well as present the current challenges to industry. Dr. Luo, the institute’s director and founder will provide the latest research from his lab in advanced machine learning. Click HERE to view a recent article about the institute in the NEWSSTAND.
