- 03/03/2020, Tuesday: Seminar: My Mistress for More than 50 Years---French with Dr. John Bednar, Professor Emeritus of Languages: Dr. Bednar will be speaking about his wonderful love affair with the French language, how it happened and how it has enriched both his professional life and his retirement years. An important part of the presentation will be a comparison between the American and French cultures, gleaned from his extensive experience on both sides of the Atlantic.
