April 5, 2022 (Tuesday) 10:00am – 11:30am, Online Seminar: Food Insecurity Amongst University Students: Invisible Justice with Ronnie Clevenstine: According to a study conducted by the Hope Center in 2020, over one third of college students experience food insecurity during their time at 2-year and 4-year institutions in the US. Join us to discuss the ways in which food insecurity impacts college students at Clemson and at universities across South Carolina, some potential proposed institutional and policy-based solutions to this problem, and ways we, as community members, can provide support to vulnerable students.
