August 6 (Thursday) 10:00am – 11:30am, Online Seminar: Healthy Sleep/Healthy Life with Dr. June Pilcher, Alumni Distinguished Professor of Psychology: Although humans spend one third of their lives sleeping, few people understand what is happening when we sleep and the benefits of good sleep habits. This talk will describe sleep and delve into the possible functions of sleep. Good sleep habits are an important component of good health. This talk will cover the negative impact of poor sleep habits and will offer ideas for how to improve sleep.
