June 24 (Thursday) 10:00am – 11:00am, Online Interest Group: Memoir Writing with Marty Duckenfield: The Memoir group recently shared a boatload of ideas on resources to help you with the entire process of memoir writing, from the challenge of getting started; to the ways to enhance your story through site visits, others' recollections, photos, news reports, yearbooks; transcribing the story with dictation software or writing on computer; and finally some ideas on how to publish. The session was a good overview, and if you missed it, click HERE to view the discussion. Several from the recent group wanted to share drafts, and so we are beginning to do that as well for those interested. No matter where you are in the process there are veterans and novices in memoir writing willing and interested in sharing. Do join us as we further the conversation. It's always engaging, and we welcome newcomers to add to our group!
Please contact Nicci Hanewald at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or if you would like information about joining the presentation. Click HERE for more general information on joining and participating in a ZOOM Meeting.
