Embodying Your Truth.. A Workshop with mOody bLaCK

Clemson students, faculty and staff, please join us for the mOody bLaCk experience. Learn to cultivate and write poetry that speaks to you and others. Spoken word poet mOody bLaCK will present a writing workshop moderated by Clemson students TeAnna Flynn-Brown and Kapreece Dorrah. The goal of this workshop is to provide a safe place where students of color can speak their truth through poetry and spoken word. This event is sponsored by the Noir Arts Collective and the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts. 


mOody bLaCK is a TEDx performer, a National award-winning poet and host, a Smart Arts teaching artist, motivational speaker, spoken word and visual artist, actor/voice over artist, chess instructor, storyteller and comedian from Spartanburg, S.C. He now resides in Greenville, S.C.
