About this Event
No cost Add to calendarJune 3 (Wednesday) 10:00am – 11:30am, Online Presentation with Dr. Matt Turnbull, Associate Professor, Plant and Environmental Sciences and Biological Sciences, Covid-19: An Overview: The novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, has seemingly come out of nowhere to wreak havoc around the globe, leaving us with more questions than answers – a set of questions that increases in number seemingly daily. In this presentation, we’ll look at some of the pressing questions on the virus’s origin, infectivity, and pathology; virus demography such as who’s being affected and why; and perhaps attempt to predict the short, intermediate, and long-term future of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
