EAP Webinar: Giving Effective Feedback in Personal or Work Situations

Giving effective feedback is difficult. Most people avoid opportunities to give constructive feedback and give infrequent and often unhelpful positive feedback. This session addresses strategies for delivering effective feedback at work or home.
