Do you want to learn how to make and take home refrigerator pickles ?... for free?? Join SC DHEC's  Don't Waste Food SC team, and Clemson Extension's Food Systems and Safety l Clemson Extension team member Chase McIntosh Baillie  at Pee Dee State Farmers Market Friday April 8th, for an interactive quick refrigerator pickle making class. Bring your favorite container no larger than 16 oz and any produce you have that is a little less than perfect that you want to give a second life to, learn about refrigerator pickling and go home with your own container of pickles.

If you don't have a container or veggies you want to give a second life to, we will also have containers and produce for you to utilize in your pickles. There will be 2 sessions.
