A fenced staging area will be set up on the southeast corner of Cooper to store materials, trucks, and a stair tower for contractor access to the roof. The work schedule may include weekends and nights, depending on weather conditions such as rain or heat.
Be aware of cones or barricades in place when the contractor is working around the outside perimeter of the roof for any debris that may fall.
