Cody Webb: Courtyard Sessions

Bring a chair or picnic blanket and join us for Courtyard Sessions.

Copperline Music Group artist Cody Webb developed his love of country music while growing up in the small town of Ridge Spring, SC. His first big gig came at the age of twelve when Cody performed alongside his father’s band at the South Carolina Poultry Festival. While studying mechanical engineering at Clemson University, Cody performed in venues in the Clemson region, becoming so popular that he played over 160 dates during his senior year.

After moving to Nashville in 2014, Cody has written over 150 songs and released a self-titled EP along with three singles: “More Than a Little,” “She’s Carolina,” and his 2017 release “Don’t Tell Me I Won’t.” In addition to his own performances, Cody has opened for country artists LoCash, Cole Swindell, Lonestar, Frankie Ballard, and Easton Corbin.

Courtyard Sessions is a final project for students enrolled in PA 3010, Principles of Arts Administration. Students were tasked with planning, organizingand marketing this event as the culmination of their discussions and lessons in class.
