We invite our campus community -- especially faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders who work on engaged learning -- to attend a drop-in roundtable session to view, discuss, vet, and edit the draft definitions.
Our faculty group has been creating Clemson-specific definitions of high-impact educational practices for a number of engaged learning activities that impact undergraduate students. This is in conjunction with the Office of the Provost and will enable us to better track student engagement at an institutional level.
What we have now is a series of short, 2-page draft documents defining Clemson high-impact educational practices for:
Broad campus participation allows the team to make further edits before moving the definitions forward through faculty curricular goveranance next year.
