About this Event
Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI) incorporates spatial and temporal dependence in observations for improved predictive performance in various application domains including, for example, damage assessment, urbanization characterization, population and epidemiologic dynamics, transit forecasting, change detection, land cover and land use, geological mapping, and large scale modeling of climate variables.
In this new workshop, participants will explore how to gain insight from imagery using big data and machine learning. This workshop is for GIS users who need to extract meaningful information from satellite imagery or drone imagery.
This workshop is free for all Clemson students, staff, and faculty. Participants must have intermediate knowledge of GIS.
This is the 11th session in our GIS Fundamentals Workshop Series. Learn more at bit.ly/gisseries!
