The entire Clemson Campus will experience a steam outage starting Sunday, May 13th at 12:01am and ending Tuesday, May 15th at 11:00pm.  All systems utilizing steam will experience a loss of steam. These systems include building heating systems; hot water; autoclaves/sterilizers; dishwashers; and any equipment, process or research activities that use central campus steam.

The campus wide steam outage is necessary to service control valves at the Central Energy Facility, perform control loop tuning, to complete inspections of main steam generation equipment, update a root valve installation, change out SRV's, distribution systems inspections and for any miscellaneous repairs to the steam generation and distribution systems.
