Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service in Orangeburg County in conjunction with Florence County will offer a Blueberry fertility and maintenance field day on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
The Blueberry fertility and maintenance field day is intended for commercial and fresh market growers as an informative meeting to discuss current and emerging issues in blueberry production across the southeast. Topics will include fertility management, proper pruning techniques, understanding soil health, disease and insect I.D, and management. Lunch will not be provided however a food truck will be on site and the farm store will also be open.
Pre-registration is required to participate. Please pre-register by Wednesday, March 1, 2023 if you plan to attend. The workshop will be held at Dorr Farm: 5225 Dorr Acres Rd, Gable, SC 29051
