We will meet at 9am (arrive earlier if you want to possibly see more warblers) in the parking lot below the Fran Hanson Visitors Center (SC Botanical Garden). This is an excellent spot to see bluebirds, hawks, Barred Owl (usually heard), tanagers, grosbeaks and many other migrants passing through our area.  Please join us for some low-impact walking on mostly level ground as the peak of our area’s bird migration begins. Please bring a good pair of binoculars, sunscreen, snack food, water, and a field guide or birding app. along with you. Guides will answer your questions and help you to see and identify the birds we locate. If you have any interest in birds these activities are suited just for YOU.
