Please join us for Be Well Wednesdays, a new Healthy Campus series focusing on mental health awareness and general well-being for all students, particularly those in isolation and/or quarantine. Facilitated via Zoom by Aspire to Be Well student facilitators, each unique 30-minute session will provide students with information, resources and tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sessions may include an optional light movement component such as yoga.
When: Wednesdays from 6:30-7 p.m.
